Did you know that Parsley is really good for your dog.

This common herb is loaded with protein, fiber and vitamins A, B1, B2, C and K. It also has many trace minerals like calcium, iron, magnesium, phosphorus and potassium. Parsley can be given to your dog anytime.

(warning: If your dog is pregnant you shouldn’t feed it because it stimulates the uterus.)

Feeding your dog parsley is as simple as sprinkling fresh or dried pieces of this herb on their meals. You can also juice it with added water in a blender or mixer. This is a great way to get more nutrition in every meal. Add 1 teaspoon (per 10 lbs) into your dogs food.

There are many benefits for your dog when you feed them Parsley. This herb is antimicrobial, a carminative, diuretic and anti inflammatory.

This herb is antimicrobial and it is very helpful in lessening the bacteria growth in your dogs mouth. It also helps to balance good bacteria growth in their gut.

Parsley is also a carminative herb so it is very soothing for the intestines. It helps strengthen the muscles in the digestive tract and relieves gas and indigestion.

Dogs that have urinary issues can benefit from parsley because the leaves have antiseptic properties and its diuretic properties aid in kidney function. It helps the kidneys eliminate excess fluid in the lungs and other organs.

If your dog is stung by a bee you can mash a handful of fresh parsley with some water and rub it on the sting. This helps neutralize the poison and will help ease the pain.
